Probably the last thing the Shia and Sunni jihadis want is to stop their holy-rolling wars. The militias are paid well to create unrest and as long as the Mullahians and Gobblers continue their funding, the wars continue. The true believer jihadis welcome their short-cutting to the good afterlife. The more mercenary types prefer the perks of pillaging the civilian populations. The force of jihadi anti-culture weakens Islam and weakens the region.
