Gaza will never be back to pre Oct 7th 2023. For once, HamAss and other Palestinian terrorists are done. Northern Gaza and the Philadelphi corridor will be designated death zone for anyone found there. By 2030 Gaza population will shrink by 1/2 due to lack of employment opportunities. Not a single Gazan will receive a temporary work permit.
