Military equipment is by its name used in wars. Any nation supplying this equipment must know that it may be used in a war. It must also know that civilians die in these war. Hamas is a terror organization as is HasNoBallies and the USA knew full well that Israel will always defend itself. So they found 500 instances where US bombs were used. SO what. That was their intended purpose.
