Unfortunately, these two groups which hate each other, have made similar pronouncements in the past which amounted to absolute nothing, nil, zippo.
EVERYONE knows this.
Right now, the groups will promise anything to anybody , to get anyone to listen to them..
But actually working together ?
Forget it.
