The U.S. DOD put up a bioweapons mfg plant (or 2) on Russias border violating Russias “red line” as bait to get Russia to “invade” Ukraine. Even Victoria “cookies” Nudelman aka Victoria Nuland admitted we had those facilities in Ukraine at a press conference. She was Biden’s “Czar” of Ukraine. Interestingly she is wife of PNAC signer Robert Kagan, neocon extraordinaire.

The Zionists in the U.S. civilian dept of defense aka neocons wanted Putin to go into Ukraine thinking the U.S. arming Zelensky could eventually lead to US involvement, Putin overthrow and occupation of Russia.
