It is pretty difficult to make a case for genocide if those accused:
-continue to give prewarnings to people within structures to be targeted
-continue to ensure that foreign countries set up field hospitals
-continue to facilitate new safer zones
-continue to ensure relief trucks enter Gaza
-continue to weed out the jihadi combatants and their supporters
-continue to capture and/or destroy jihadi weapon caches
-continue to destroy launching sites
-continue to search for kidnapped people
-continue to give an option for non combatant Gazans
-etc. etc. etc.
