The death toll in the Lebanese civil war was ~200,000 of which only 4K could be attributed to the involvement of Israel. Syria’s civil war has resulted in ~600K deaths. The 1971 genocide in Bangladesh resulted in at least 200,000 deaths, possibly double, mostly Hindus. Add Vietnam, Biafra and two genocides in South Sudan and the Iraqi civil war that ensued after the Gulf War II between Shia’s and Sunnis, and the genocides in East Timor and Rwanda and the casualties in the Palestinian war against Israel amount to far less than the roundoff error in the above.
