The IDF has done remarkably well in its attempts to minimize injuries and deaths of non combatants in Gaza. As the months of war roll along, the Gazans have learned to heed the prewarnings issued from the IDF of areas that need to be evacuated. The establishment of safer humanitarian zones gives the Gazan population areas to temporarily set up their tents, until they are prewired to shift yet again and again. The IDF shifts its combat to as the jihadis shift for survival.
