Ramona Wadi has correctly analyzed that the problem is Arab greed for land. In 1922 the British gave 78% of Palestine to an upstart princeling named Abdullah from the Hejaz. In 1970 another upstart Egyptian princeling named Yassir Arafat tried and failed to take it over claiming that he wanted to turn it into a Palestinian state.
When fellow Muslims engage in a land grab there is no gnashing and wailing of teeth. However when former dhimmis assert their historic rights then shame/honor kicks in – how dare they do what we have done.
