I fully expect the US congress and the Biden administration to unleash the full wrath of the US govt on the ICC for this. But either we have international laws or we don’t! It’s that simple.
If the international institutions set up by Western govts can’t or won’t hold them accountable when they commit war crimes, then the rest of the world will take note and act accordingly.
