You have already been informed of the rest, i.e. why Hezbollah will not disarm, that Hezbollah is not an Iranian militia nor is Hamas, both are grassroots movements formed in response to Israel’s belligerent occupationS and they naturally support each other against those belligerent occupationS. Neither are “islamists or jihadis,” etc.
Most of the world wishes to ‘destroy Israel’ and sees that it is imperative for world security and peace that it is ‘destroyed.’ Hamas (and the PLO, since they share the same anti-colonial goal of getting rid of the settler-colonial regime that occupies their land, Palestine) had early first hand knowledge and understanding of Israel, with the West lagging. But Israel’s “allies” growing awareness of it as a fully emerged fascist state harmonizes very well with everything Hamas has said and continues to say (along with the PA) about it.
