The undeveloped parts of the West Bank will probably eventually become prosperous agricultural and populated, but expansion plans should include formulas that ensure qualified Palestinians to participate in that development. Prosperity within the WB will come much faster with Palestinian cooperation. The WB’ers chose to not become Israelis, but that does not mean that they cannot prosper along side the Israelis. For now, it will be to the advantage of both Israelis and non Israelis to rid themselves of the holy-warrior jihadis that slows down process and peace. Everything takes time, but if the Israeli/Arab Accords kick off and gain momentum, nearly everyone in the Territories will be working. Inshallah.
