Re: Israel’s army is unable to eliminate Hamas, media reports

An amazing video came out a couple of months ago of a wounded Hamas fighter carrying an explosive charge towards a Merkava tank, lodging it between the turret and the hull, then running to safety across the rubbled Gazan landscape before the charge went off. Such scenes have played out numerous times before; what makes this one fascinating is the prayer that the fighter recites before he attacks the tank:

“Put my neck to the knife, burn my ribs, you will never be able to besiege my thoughts for a single hour or strip me of my faith and the light of my certainty. For the light is in my heart, and my heart is in the hands of my Lord, and my Lord is my supporter and helper. I will live holding on to the cord of my faith, and I will die smiling so that my religion may live.”

I don’t have to spell out what IDF soldiers do–according to their own TikTok testimony–before, during, and after they attack women, children, and the homes that these people live in. Those soldiers are the shame of anyone who’s ever fought bravely in battle. Certainly they will never defeat Hamas.
