Take a Hamas 10/07 terrorist who confessed to those crime and who was filmed doing it and send the terrorist and the evidence to the ICC for prosecution. If they decline or release him than we will know what game the ICC is playing. So far the ICC has not asked Israel to extradite any of these genocide perpetrators to its jurisdiction.
