Palestinians have been genocidal since before the time they called themselves “Palestinians”. Reference the Hebron massacre of 1929. If the British hadn’t brought in hundreds of troops immediately after the Jews would have been slaughtered, which was confirmed by the then mayor of Jerusalem Ragheb Nashishibi in an interview with French journalist Albert Londres at the time. In contrast the Jews have always been open to the idea of peace, though October 7th has made few believe that it is possible. Unfortunately most of those slaughtered on that day were the most left wing committed peaceniks in Israeli society, often ferrying patients to and from the border to Israeli hospitals for treatement. Their good intentions meant nothing to their genocidal assailants which included many “civilians”.

Palestinians themselves have turned the red triangle in their flag into a death symbol. Keeping that in mind, removing and burning the Palestinian flag wherever it appears is the right thing to do.
