No honest Court will convict! And making deals with terrorists is never in Israel’s best interest. As for Hamas, they could have ended this mess they have brought upon Gaza. 15 months ago by laying down their arms and releasing all the hostages. –That deal has been on the table for 15 months.
Hamas intentionally and purposely invited Israel into Gaza on Oct 7, 2023, by way of massacring Israelis and rounding up hundreds of hostages of all ages. Hamas had to know in advance that Israel would have to respond in a very aggressive manner. It was just another bad choice by Palestinian leadership.
