Of course they will. As will the oil-rich states of the Gulf – Saudi Arabia in particular.
They have stacks of money whereas Israel has bankrupted itself with its genocidal and pointless war.
The Gulf states are also emboldened and not intimidated by Israel, having watched the regime’s army burn themselves out trying, and failing, to subjugate Hamas, a small guerrilla resistance force fighting with mostly small arms and home-made weapons.
If Israel can’t even do that, they have no hope in any future conflict against Iran or Saudi Arabia.
In summary, Gaza will be rebuilt and there will be a Palestinian state.
