The Gaza War that kicked off on 7 October of 2023, helped to get the IDF up to speed for other potential conflicts. Many military innovative tactics/stratagems are being tried out. Hopefully the days of Israeli complacency are now over. Many preventative measures are being displayed, that previous to 7 October, they would not have been possible. In some strange and perverse way, the Gazans’ attack upon the festival goers and farmers of Negev, have given the Israelis a major wake up call.
