Maybe there is a possibility for it and combined with the Arab peace initiative, it could bring Palestinians a Dubai like wealth and independence state of Palestine with a whole different Government and recognised Israel in the borders before 1967 with a long lasting Peace and cease to exist as armed group or as the de-facto Government of the Gaza Strip!
The question is did Israel really want a wealthy Dubai-like independent State of Palestine for the Palestinians and a long lasting peace with it and accept the existence and have mutual respect for it’s existence and normalisation ties and trade with it and recognize the existence and the boarders of it. It would be the most promising solution for long lasting peace and to normalization agreements between more Muslim/Arab countries and Israel.
