Re: ‘Palestinians are the last Arab people fighting for their first independence,’ says Marzouki

The Jews were gifted Palestine by the Balfour Act of 1917 by the british government. This was primarily because they wanted to export their own jewish people to somewhere else, and also to create a listening post in the arab world. It should be remembered that in 1905 Balfour himself talked about the UK’s “jewish” problem and what should be done about it. They basically gave a land that they did not own to a minority of colonial zionists that were not from there but primarily Russia and Eastern Europe. I am well aware of the propaganda produced by the Zionists, well documented by Shlomo Sands in his book the “invention of the land of Israel” ( A jewish Academic) and by many others, but although the zionists are entitled to their own opinion about their ownership of the land, primarily based on their interpretation of text in the book of Jacob in the old testement – a book of fables based on Greek and Helenistic fables – they are not entitled to their own facts. Something often overlooked in their claim to the land of Palestine is that in the book of Jacob written primarily by jewish writers, it says that the Israelites defeated the cainites in battle and therefore had a right to the land. If they defeated a group who were already there then this means that Palestine actually belongs to the Caenites, a people who later became the Palestinians.
