Probably it is not going to be business-as-normal for Turkiye’s funding of Palestinian jihadis militias. The effective flooding-out of Al-Aqsa, finally opened the Israelis’ eyes to the real threats on the ground, and its funding from afar. So if all the hostages return or not, the Israelis know that for each jihadi eliminated and/or neutered, it is one more small step towards reducing the reoccurrence of Day One of the war.
Turkiye will have bigger problems to resolve that are not related to Israel. It is becoming ever more difficult to hide behind diplomacy for the Turkish foreign policy and it interference in Arab affairs.
