Potus47 is not constrained by the ‘political correctness’ of verbal contraction. Having grown up in wealth, he understands that it is not what one says, but what one does, that defines the person. This ability allows him to say one thing, and then a day later say the opposite. His ‘freedom of expression’ of course, is in contrast to the norms of ‘making good to promises’. A promise is just words … not reality for him.
