Watch Jared Kushner’s interview on the Lex Friedman podcast. It was recorded prior to 10/7 and he already had the entire redevelopment plan and investors lined up and said it could be done relatively quickly. The main roadblock was the people in the way but, I guess that little snag has already been solved along with the demolition phase. I’m sure Israel will lend its army of US taxpayer supplied caterpillar bulldozers.
