It would be wise to end cooperating and/or aiding and abetting by diplomatic cover, not longer to embolden those who commit war crimes, not to weaponize the justice system ir to criminalize those who don’t want to live in a world, where: Outraging mass murder, atrocity crimes, war crimes and crimes against humanity become a become a legalized occurrence, where the inexcusable become normalized…
And it is a repeating of the past, those who didn’t stayed silent, became victims to such a justice system before, with death sentences for dissenting.
Such an International order and rules of law, would be the contrary of the idea and principles of shared interests and goals of the EU and Democracy.
Humanity matters… That is why these Institutions like ICJ, ICC, Rome statute, Geneva conventions and the UN-charter exists!
