The jihadis dread the idea that many Gazans may decide to break the chains of UN refugee status and associated jihadi oppression; to go out and join the world in work and mobility. For each Gazan that leaves, the jihadis will be losing a payout of ‘protection’ money. For each that leaves, that much less funds reach the jihadi coffers.
