Everything takes time and even the degradation of the jihadis is a very long process that will last many years. But solid change is slow change. Many jihadis for unknown reasons prefer to stay in the Israeli hospitality centres and have Q&A sessions, expose themselves to the guards and have lots of free time and not have to be forced to dig tunnels for the rest of their lives.
