Rubio should add nuance to his charge that Hamas will no longer contnue. He should say hamas will no longer continue to govern in Gaza. That If they choose to exile themselves to turkey or another country, that will be the only way hamas survives. This way at least hamas sees an out,…otherwise hamas is being boxed in ..and as stupid as hamas is, they will fight to everyodys death.
