There are two questions that need to be answered and both hinge on the support of the USA and Trump.
The dispersal of the Gaza inhabitants and the elimination of Hamas has a decision by both Israel and Trump. It is up to Israel to ramp up its decision making process which is now held up by the need to release the hostages. Enough pressure with Aid deliveries must be applied to speed up the process. Elimination anyone with a gun in Gaza would be another.
The second question pushed by Ben Gvir and Smotrich is the annexation of Area C in Judea and Samaria. From what I understand the process started by demolishing illegal Arab housing in sizeable numbers and prevention of illegal building. Incursions into Tulkarem, Jenin, and Schem(Nablus) help with security problem there leading up to total annexation.
