The Lebanese troops are a bit shy to enter into conflict with the Hizzybillies. So they let the IDF take care of that aspect. The UNIFILers are content as long as no one shoots at them and they get their UN pay checks. Giving the past history of passivity of the Lebanese troops and the UNIFILers, it is probably best that the IDF keeps a eye out for the Hizzybillers stragglers that tend to wander and graze south of the Litany River.
