The Ashkenazi and the Palestinians were complete strangers to each other because there was never a time that the Ashkenazi had ever lived anywhere in the Middle East but thousands of miles away from the Middle East. The Ashkenazi were intimately known to the Christians of Europe who hated them extremely and desperately wanted to get rid of them and Palestine became the place where they were gotten rid of.
