It will take time and a long campaign of strikes to degrade their arms caches and depots, defense infrastructure and command hierarchy. For now the Howling Houthis probably feel invincible, but as we saw with the jihadis in Gaza, in Lebanon, and in Syria; with perseverance degradation is possible. Not sure if the US military uses the pre-warning system to the Yemen civilians, before striking. Besides the IDF, not sure which other military pre-warns of strikes.
