{A} – It is against international law for BOTH,
-1- Israel to cause a food shortage for Gaza civilians, and
-2- Hamas, PIJ, & other Islamic Jihadists to hold Israeli hostages.
And,
{B} – The international community should demand that either side adhere to international laws,
while the other side does not, or in other words, Hostages are released in exchange for food guarantees.
