Well Israel is not under any obligation to obey any law or honour any agreement or accord (ie. Oslo Accords) in what ever form even U.N. resolutions is not binding on them including interna -tional laws. On 22/9/2011 the then President of U.S. Barack Obama made it clear by declaring to U.N. General Assembly in defending Israel on the issue of Palestinians Statehood that: “PEACE WILL NOT COME THROUTH STATEMENTS AND RESOLUTION AT UNITED NATION.” By this declaration the matter was closed. But what about U.N. resolutions applied on Libya and other countries.?
