Being under occupation doesn’t make you a refugee. The Iraqis, Germans, and Japanese under US occupation were not refugees.
Lacking statehood doesn’t make you a refugee. The Kurds lack self determination and statehood, as do the Copts, Druze, etc. That does not make them refugees. In any case, the Palestinians have Palestinian majority Jordan, with a Palestinian queen and several Palestinian PMs. They certainly have more self determination there than any of the aformntioned groups.
Being displaced from one part of Palestine to another part of Palestine doesn’t make you a refugee. Even the UN, no friend of Israel, states that refugees are people who were forced to flee their country, meaning that those under the control of Hamas and the PA don’t qualify.
