At least for the duration of the war to continue, the Gazans may need to require that the jihadis live in areas separated from them. Non combatant Gazans already are adept at the avoiding the jihadi. In the meantime they increasingly call the toll-free numbers to give the locations of the lepers. Everything takes time. As the war progresses, the kill rate of non combatants continues to drop, but the kill rate of holy-roller jihadi warriors increases.
