The Gazan jihadi political and military goals are pretty transparent, in regards to the elimination of the Israeli presence in the southern Levant. It seems rather doubtful, that having gone through all that training and preparation for triggering their holy-roller jihad; they decide the opposite, and no longer want war. Without conflict, the jihadi sponsoring donors, will start reducing the funding. Jihadi survival depends upon violent conflict against Israel.
