The Lebanese Armed Forces are not about ready to intervene against the better trained, motivated and armed Shia Islamist Party of God. So publicly the Lebanese and French governments condemn the Israeli strikes; but privately wish they had enough huevos rancheros to challenge the Hizzybillies. So they cry to the Press and lift champagne behind closed doors.
