The IDF’s current expanding control of Gazan territory will allow for osmosis of the non combatants of Gaza. Gradually those Gazans that do not create a risk for the IDF operations, will be filtered into separate and safer humanitarian areas.
Instead within territory, not yet filtered by the IDF, the humanitarian zones will still be partially infected with the jihadis.
