The Israeli Supreme Court ruled that international laws of war do not apply to Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
Right there is the clearest reason why the ICC needs to intervene in Israel and why Israel needs to be hauled to the ICJ. And right there is the clearest sign that the spirit that rules the state of Israel and its people is entitled, delusional, and inhumane.
