Definitely whoever strikes Iran, will need to avoid targeting the above-ground nuclear power plant in Bushehr. The one in under construction at the Makran coast, is also intended only for energy production.
But the following could easily be targeted:
– Fordow, uranian enrichment
– Natanz, uranian enrichment
– Teheran, research reactor
– Isfahan, research reactor
– Arak, Heavy Water Production Plant (HWPP) and IR-40 research reactor
