Does social services include the making and stockpiling of tens of thousands of rockets, rock launchers, small arms, ammunition, and paychecks to Hamas and Islamic Jihad military personnel? Who is feeding these guys, training them, and providing them with military equipment training facilities, storage bunkers, pharmacy, medical care that goes into keeping these militants healthy?
