You didn’t address a single one of my points that it has been Turkey violating Greece’s sovereignty with migrants and irredentism for years not Greece Turkey. Millions of European migrants are not the ones flowing to Turkey vis-a-vis Greece. Greece is mostly surrounded by sea not land. It doesn’t have the luxury of putting up giant fences to protect its sovereignty like other nations have done. Although some like to virtue signal Greeks about “pushbacks’ not a single foreign nationalist’s homeland that lectures us wants those illegal migrants so they have no moral leg to stand on to lecture us. Greece has taken more than its fair share of asylum seekers while some other nations take none. Point fingers at them don’t disingenuously act like Greece is in the wrong to protect its borders like others do… which Turkey itself does too.
And Greece isn’t the one constantly violating UNCLOS. You have a population nearly 10 times Greece and far more resources.. The extreme nationalist segment in Turkey thought they could leverage that rather than focusing on moral principle or arbitration so they could bully Greece into giving up our rights. We naturally responded to equalize the playing field by lobbying the US , Europe and NATO to isolate Turkey diplomatically on these issues. If want that to stop, you’ll need to stop acting like Greece has no rights under international maritime law..
