If they don’t surrender and force a ceasefire then they win and will force a political solution with the creation of the Palestinian state with West Bank and Gaza. If they surrender Israel wins and will steal the trillions of cubic meters of natural gas off the Gaza shore enough to make everyone in the new Palestinian state very wealthy.
