Now would be a great time for a new invention to be dumped in the public domain. It is the size of a 12 ounce soda can. It has a chip brain and three tiny lasers. It mimicks the energetics of sunlight and the atomic vibrations of the metal Ruthenium. It converts a passing stream of water to h-o-h gas, a hydrogen oxygen mix, and is connected to the gas pedal of a car electronically. It produces fuel from water on demand, under the hood of a car. It eliminates the need for gasoline. It produces no carbon dioxide. The combustion does not produce nitrogen smog. It is pollution free. The only combustion product is water, of which the earth is 70% covered to an average depth of about two miles. No more need for half the oil in the world.
