What the Harvard students need to do is boycott the Law firms of Davis Polk & Wardwell and Winston & Strawn…as well as any other law firms trying to limit their expression of free speech…especially on political subjects which are the most protected of all categories.
Just simply refuse to work for those companies until the law partner(s) responsible for the intimidation have been dismissed from said law firms.
Then they should spread petitions seeking agreement from students at other universities to also reject any job offers from those firms.
Then after it has spread to multiple law programs at multiple universities…they should notify the press…so these firm’s prospective clients can draw their own conclusions about whether they wish to hire a law firm that despises freedom of speech.
The “sword” of reputation damage can cut both ways.
