Lapid has made himself politically extinct by not joining the security cabinet. Bennett has not been forgiven for his joining in with Ra’am. Gantz is the only one with some credibility but has some credibility problem with Eisenkot at his side and because he allowed fuel into Gaza as well as cozying up to Abbass
I do not foresee Likud losing its coalition at the present time as there is no plausible candidate for PM at this time. Netanyahu has a plausible defense in regards to conduct of this war as Gantz and Eisenkot , his second in command, are both ex chiefs of staff.
