They’re brain damaged. It’s obvious they have no empathy and without empathy there isn’t any forethought. In 2004 that atrophy of that part of the brain was described as not having a “collision avoidance system “ which essentially means no forethought. They act frequently without regard to consequences and thus commit more crimes because the punishment isn’t a deterrent. Getting caught in malign activities isn’t an issue for them nor is the record of having committed such. For example conservatives loved the idea of challenging the 2020 election by using the 14th amendment even though it would grant all the voting reforms democrats wanted in exchange.
