I see Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hindu. etc…. i.e. all religions… as based on myth. People believe the religion of their parents and background because that’s what they were conditioned to believe growing up. Not only is there no scientific evidence of any gods but there is considerable evidence that sundry holy works are littered with myths. . But suppose there was one . So what? It would be epic narcissism to believe we knew the morals and motives of some supreme entity much less such an entity would have any more interest in us than we might bacteria.. Nevertheless not all religious people are bad and not all seculars good. A person is the sum of the pros and cons not just the negatives.
