the golan druze are safe from assad’s treachery
and are left in peace within israel
their economy grows as they interact with the
newer towns of israelis that spring up in golan
druze have a rich culture of understanding how
to survive within the centuries of non stop wars
between shittes and sunnis
only respect for the druze and they fought hard
against the french to help define independence
