Various offices were targeted in that building because they contained military assets and military intelligence of Hamas hiding under the guise of the foreign media outlets. The building housed the offices of civilian media, which the terrorist organization Hamas hides behind and uses as human shields, just like Hamas does with hospitals and schools. Gaza was given ample warning after Oct 7 that these would be legitimate targets and what they intended to do. Don’t tell me that professional journalists were not aware of this danger. They should have left when they had the chance, as this attack came two full weeks after the Oct 7th massacre.
What do you think would happen to a Palestinian journalist who even suggested that the offices of Palestinian journalists are used as human shields, or hospitals and schools are used to give cover for Hamas military assets?
